When will I receive my order?
An average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order's destination.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship internationally to all countries except Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically. We're available to ship to all other countries.
How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping charges vary based on your location and the products you have purchased. For an accurate estimate of shipping charges please proceed through the checkout process, entering in your items and address.
*Shipping is free in the United States and Europe.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept online card payments made with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club debit and credit cards or via PayPal.
What Currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are quoted in US Dollars.
What currency do I pay in?
The currency is chosen automatically depending on your shipping country.
Can I track my order?
Yes you will receive a FedEx tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
What is your return policy?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility. You will be liable for re-shipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse or provide size exchanges as the t-shirts are printed on demand.
Notification for EU consumers:
According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for th supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore exitea reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
The policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
What if I can not find the color or size I am looking for?
The colors and sizes available in the online store reflect what we currently have in stock but we might re-stock popular products. Due to some unique design patterns, some T-shirts are only offered in particular colors.
Are the T-shirts pre-shrunk?
Yes the T-shirts are pre-shrunk.
